I Preamble and definitions

§1. This document outlines Terms of service provided by TrainingRealm.com website including (but not limited to) responsibilities and privilages applying to registered users of TrainingRealm.com.
§2. Troughout this document following definitions are taking place :
1) Terms of service - Overall terms of using website TrainingRealm.com as stated by this document - includinng responsibilities of Advanteo, and Users of the website TrainingRealm.com in areas related to :
- Privacy policy
- Personal Data storage policy
- Liabilities of both parties created as a result of providing the service.
2) Advanteo - Advanteo Maciej Lukiański, Bergiela 8b/4, 80-180 Gdańsk, Poland, registered in Business Activity Register kept by President of Gdańsk under no. 146121.
3) TrainingRealm.com - website accessible under http://TrainingRealm.com owned exclusively by Advanteo.
4) User - an individual who upon completion of registration procedure is granted access to services held by Advanteo within TrainingRealm.com.
5) Profile - Certain webpage within TrainingRealm.com where personal data can be viewed and changed. Mentioned personal data is provided and stored according to regulations described in this document and all its attachments.
6) User Account - Set of unique entries in TrainingRealm.com database which allows Individual to be identified as User of TrainingRealm.com upon providing Username and Password. By Accessing User Account an Individual can update Personal Data stored within the database.
7) Administrators - Individuals designated by Advanteo to provide Technical Support and enforce set of rules commonly known as Internet etiquette.
§3. TrainingRealm.com is a Social Networking website allowing its Users to share contacts, experiences and personal information.

II Conclusion and termination of contracts for the provision of electronic services.

§4. Any Individual can become User provided that One :
4a) Has full capacity for legal actions,
4b) or in case of limited capacity for legal actions One is granted permission by statutory representative.
§5.
1.By completing registration procedure and creating User Account an Individual is obliged to fully comply with Terms of Service.
2.If User wishes to withdraw the acceptance of Terms of Service he/she is obliged to remove his User Account immediately either by himself or by notifying one of the Administrators.
§6.
 1. Agreement on Terms of Service is concluded when User first accesses services contained within TrainingRealm.com website, first access to services is understood as filling out registration form. All services within TrainingRealm.com are provided only to registered users.
2. Agreement is held for an indefinite period of time.
3. Any party is capable of agreement termination upon its convenience, effective immediately.
4. Advanteo is capable of terminating the agreement at any time by deleting User Account.
5. User is capable of terminating the agreement by doing one of the following :
1) deleting User Account by options provided by TrainingRealm.com.
2) Filing notification to Administrators about intention of deleting the account.
3) When notification has been filed agreement termination will be held within 72 hours.

§6a. Advanteo can delete User account if activity performed by user in possession of the account is considered inadequate in terms of providing desired service quality.
§7.
1. Vast majority of services provided by TrainingRealm.com are free of charge. Those include (but are not limited to) :
- User Account Registration
- Publishing data on Profile
2. Advaneo reserves it's right to introduce billing to any part of service upon notifying Users on changes in that regard earlier on.
3. User cannot be billed for any service he didn't agree to be billed for.
§8. Advanteo reserves it's right to freely modify services, tools, and way of running the website, including but not limited to deleting any part of stored data in the database, cessation of operations, taking any legal actions allowed by Law according to the website. The User cannnot have any claims towards Advanteo.
§8a. The User gives Advanteo rights to show him advertisements and announcements.
§9. TrainingRealm.com is a public portal – data submitted by the User is public, visible in the User's Profile. Therefore some of the information about the user is widely available for anyone using the Internet. This data can be indexed by search engines.
§10. In order to use the free of charge services offered by Advanteo at TrainingRealm.com it is required to create an Account. Account is created by fillling in the registration form – providing required data, entering the activation code and getting acquainted with the Terms of Services.
§10a. TrainingRealm.com is compatible with most popular web browsers.
§11. Services specified in §3. are provided by:
1)allowing the User to create a public Profile,
2) allowing the User to join topical groups and discussions in forums,
3) allowing the User to send private messages to other users (but with restrictions described in the Terms of Services),
4) allowing the User to create a list of contacts using the option of inviting other users and receiving invites from them.

III Registration and Account

§12. Registration means filling in the registration form which is provided at http://
§13. It is required to give this information: e-mail address, user's name, password and date of birth. You must provide this information in provided spaces. Every field must contain accurate information. In case of deletion of this information the user cannot use the services of the portal.
§14. User is obliged to update the information about his profile.
§15. In case of providing false or out-of-date information by the user, Administrators have the right to:
1) ask the User to delete false data,
2) block the User's account until clarification,
3) delete the User's account according to § 6. points 3 and 4.
§16. In case of justified doubts about the information provided by the user, Administrators can demand documents which can confirm this information.
§17.The personal data of the User in the registration form and the data published by the User on his profile is processed because the User gives his consent during the registration at TrainingRealm.com. Advanteo processes personal data.
§18. The registration process and the activation of the account at TrainingRealm.com is complete when the User:
1) has read and accepted the Terms of Service,
2) has given the consent to process his personal data and publish it on his Profile (based on the options he chose) according to the Terms of Service,
3) has confirmed the authenticity of information he provided in the registration form,
4) has given the consent to receive (at the e-mail account he provided during the registration process) system messages, including notifications about new messages and invites in TrainingRealm.com inbox, technical breaks, changes in the Terms of Service and new technical solutions.
§19. It is forbidden to have more than one Account.
§20. It is forbidden to share the Account with other subjects.
§21. It is forbidden to use the Accounts of other subjects.

IV Personal Data and Privacy Policy

§22. The administrator of personal data is Advanteo, based in Gdańsk, Poland – Bergiela Street 8b/4, 80-180, Gdańsk, Poland.. Advanteo processes personal data of the User in range necessary to create content, adjust changes and properly provide electronic services. With the consent of the User Advanteo processes his data in wider range than the one mandatory required during the registration process. Data provided by the User is processed to provide services offered by TrainingRealm.com portal and with the User's consent can be processed by TrainingRealm.com for statistics and marketing purposes. Data can be shared with authorities who can access it based on the law regulations.
§23. Advanteo processes personal data in a way corresponding to the law regulations based on the rules specified in Privacy Policy of TrainingRealm.com which is a nr 1 attachment to the Terms of Service. It especially concerns proper data protection.

V Use of the services of TrainingRealm.com provided by Advanteo

§24. Activities that may destabilize or limit the operation of TrainingRealm.com are strictly forbidden. If the User takes part in such activities his account will be immediately deleted by Administrators. Activities that may destabilize the operation of TrainingRealm.com may be acknowledged as a crime.
§25. The User is especially obliged to:
1) keep away from any activities that could limit or harm the operation of TrainingRealm.com or activities that could be arduous for other users.
2) abide the copyright laws and laws concerning the registration of inventions, patents, licenses, trademarks of other people.
3) keep away from any activities that could compromise the privacy of other users, especially from gathering, processing and sharing information about other users without their consent, unless it is allowed by the law and this Terms of Service.
§26. It is forbidden to publish and share at TrainingRealm.com:
1) copyrighted software – without proper authorization,
2) malware - software meant to destroy, delete, edit, harm, gather and process data or meant to stop it from being properly processed and software meant to disturb the work of systems and ICT networks,
3) passwords, access codes or any other data that could allow unauthorized access to computer systems and ICT networks.
§27. It is forbidden to publish illegal, offensive, false, immoral, violence-propagating content on TrainingRealm.com. Such content and Accounts of users who publish it may be deleted by Administrators.
§28. The User gives his consent for sharing and public publication of his personal image which he published at TrainingRealm.com. It is forbidden to publish pictures of other persons. It is also forbidden to publish erotic and pornographic pictures. Administrators can delete pictures that they find offensive without warning and without informing the User. Persistent publications of such pictures will result in immediate deletion of the User's Account.
§29. Advanteo reserves the right to modify or delete Profiles which contents are conflicting the Terms of Service or have a negative impact on the public image of TrainingRealm.com.
§30. The User has a right to block the option of receiving private messages and invitations send by whichever chosen User, except Administrators.
§31. It is forbidden to use the service of TrainingRealm.com, especially the private message system, to syndicate advertisement of products, services, commercial web sites and other content recognized as spam.

Va Use of the topical groups

§32. Every user can create a topical group.
§33. Creator of a topical group:
1) is obliged to care about the development of the group, for example by initiating discussions, sending bulletins and inviting other users to the group,
2) is obliged to require other group members to abide by the Terms of Service,
3) has a right to any content published in the group without giving the reasons why,
4) has a right to remove any group member from the group without giving the reasons why,
5) has a right to block the access to the group to any User,
6) can nominate and revoke the group moderators,
7) can send bulletins to members of the group.
§34a. It is forbidden to recruit on forums.
§34b. It is forbidden to send commercial bulletins.
§35. Creator and moderators have no claim for payment towards Advanteo for administrating the group.
§36. Administrators can take the group from the Creator who does not fulfill the obligations, illegally uses the group or breaks rules of the Terms of Service. Such group can be deleted or given to another User.
§37. Users who publishes his posts on forums renounces any claims towards Advanteo for gratuitous use of content or deletion of content (without giving the reasons why).
§38. The users obliges to abide by the laws of manners and restrain from negative behavior, ad personam arguments. Evaluation of expressions is made by Administrators or persons chosen by them.

VI Copyrights

§39. By publishing data, images, posts and comments at TrainingRealm.com the User agrees that other users can use them for their personal use and agrees that TrainingRealm.com can use them to conduct promotional campaigns.
§40. The User is authorized to use data, images and materials or comments  published at TrainingRealm.com for personal use only. The usage of the data in other purposes is allowed only with the consent of authorized person or only when it is in agreement with the Terms of Services.
§41. The User who publishes content with copyrights renounces any claims towards Advanteo for gratuitous use of content or deletion of content (without giving the reasons why).
§42. The User grants Advanteo rights to gratuitous use and share data and comments published by him in various presentations and other materials. These will be presented as a fragment of a bigger integrity (for example: visualization of contact list or discussion in forum with real data).

VII Responsibilities

§43. Advanteo does not bear responsibility for the content and form of materials and information published at TrainingRealm.com by the User.
§44. Advanteo does not bear responsibility for the content of private messages sent by users. Persons who send messages which are against the law or are against the goods of third parties protected by the law may be hold responsible and face legal consequences.
§45. The User bears full responsibility for breaking the law or harming the operation of TrainingRealm, escpecially by giving false information, compromising official secrets or other secret informations, disturbing personal goods, copyrights or other legal rights.
§46. Advanteo stipulates that the Users uses TrainingRealm.com and provided services at his own risk. All information and materials published at TrainingRealm.com as well as products and services provided by the portal are not warranted regarding their worth, usefulness, completeness or serviceableness.
§47
1. Advanteo does not bear responsibility for physical and legal flaws of offered free of charge products or the quality of free of charge products and services. Advanteo does not bear responisibility for the consequences of failure to perform or improper performance of commitments made through TrainingRealm.com or the ability of these persons to contract obligations.
2. Responsibility of Advanteo for the proper quality of paid products and services are specified by particular regulations, which form the basis of paid services.
§48. Advanteo does not guarantee the proper operation of TrainingRealm.com integrally or partially.
§49. In case of official notification about illegal information provided and held by the User and request to deny him access to this data, Advanteo does not bear responsibilty towards the User for denying him the access.
§50. Advanteo does not bear responsibility for possible damage resulting from errors, failures and interruptions in the functioning of TrainingRealm.com.

VII Complaints

§ 51. Interference in the operation of TrainingRealm.com, problems and remarks about services provided by TrainingRealm.com can be complained by the User through sending a contact form (trainingrealm.com/contact).
§ 52. Complaints will be investigated by Advanteo in 14 days time since the complaint. Advanteo reserves the right to leave the complaint without answer if the complaint is a result of a lack of knowledge of the Terms of Service, its attachments or the law itself. Advanteo will not answer complaints which concern matters explained in the Help section.
§53. Advanteo reserves the right to interfere with the User's Account in order to resolve an issue or a problem affectin the operation of an account or the portal.
§54. Complaints regarding third parties will not be taken into consideration. Advanteo is not obliged to deliver the complaints to right subjects who are responsible for consideration of the complaint.

IX Transitional and final regulations

§55. Advanteo reserves the right to change the Terms of Service without justification of the reasons for such change.
§56.
1. Advanteo is obliged to notify via e-mail about crucial changes in the Terms of Services those users who those changes affect directly.
2. The User is responsible for providing an e-mail address to which he does not have access to, especially if the address is false or it belongs to other subject. The User is responsible for the effects of not receiving an information specified in point 1.
3. The User bears the risk of not receiving an information specified in point 1 for reasons beyond Advanteo.
§57. In case of the change of the Terms of Service the User will be notified about most important changes after logging in to the portal. The User is obliged to acquaint himself with the updated Terms of Service. By clicking the proper phrase the User expresses the will to remain in contractual relationship with Advanteo based on the terms specified in the updated Terms of Service.

1. Terms of Service are effective as of 07.19.2011. 

2. §58. is used accordingly except the phrase: “In case of the change of the Terms of Service the User will be notified about most important changes after logging in to the portal.”.
