The training of descending (if you've done less than 6 pull ups in the test)
Training of descending sets:
4-5 - day 5 Doing 12 reps was difficult, even though most were descending... My forearms and hands are very tired and stiff.
Pull-ups today, per set:
1) 7
2) 4
3) 3
4) 3
5) 2
But 7 pull-ups, though the last was very slow and hard, is my new record!
