The privacy of TrainingRealm.com users is a priority for us. Users' information is protected and off limits for unauthorised persons.

TrainingRealm.com is an open membership portal. One of the main services of the portal is the possibility of publishing and spreading information about the User. Therefore some of the information about the user is widely available for anyone using the Internet. This data can be indexed by search engines. Rules of processing the operating data

Information contained in system logs (for example: the IP address) are used by TrainingRealm.com for technical purposes related to administrating our servers. Besides the IP addresses are used to collect general, static demographic information (for example: about the region from which the connection comes). TrainingRealm.com uses cookie files to provide services and content adapted to individual needs and interest. In some cases the identification and personalised access to services are based on cookie files but most of the times it is necessary to provide the password by the user at least once during a single session. Turning off the cookie files in the browser doesn't prevent users from using our services but it can provide some difficulties. Cookie files are also used to collect general, static information about the use of our services by the users.

Data required during the registration process:

It is required to fill in the following information during the registration process:

• User's name – unique name for a user of TrainingRealm.com (it can be the real name and surname of the user or any given nickname, if available),
• E-mail address,
• Password,
• Date of birth,
• Gender.

Data disclosed in the Profile:

The following information about a user is shown in his profile:

• User's name.
• User's gender.
• User's age – based on the date of birth given by the user.

Personal Data

The administrator of personal data is Advanteo, based in Gdańsk, Poland – Bergiela Street 8b/4, 80-180, Gdansk, Poland. Advanteo processes personal data in a way corresponding to the law regulations based on the rules specified in Privacy Policy. It especially concerns proper data protection.

Advanteo processes personal data of the User in range necessary to create content, adjust changes and properly provide electronic services. With the consent of the User Advanteo processes his data in wider range than the one mandatory required during the registration process.

Data providede by the User are processed to provide services offered by TrainingRealm.com portal and with the User's consent can be processed by TrainingRealm.com for statistics and marketing purposes.

Content published by users

Comments and posts published in forums and public groups are visible for everyone. Posts published in private groups are only visible for members of these groups and for Administrators. Private messages between users are only visible for these users.

Storage and protection of data

Personal data is stored in database protected by technical and organizational measures which provide protection from anuthorised entry. Only Administrators with authorization given by Advanteo (data administrator) have access to the database.

Rights to verification, modification and deletion of personal data.

Restrictions.

User has a right to access his or hers data, update the data and delete the data at any time. In order to prevent the re-registration of users whose access to the TrainingRealm.com has been cancelled due to unauthorised use of our services we can deny the deletion of data necessary to stop them from re-registration. There is also the possibility of denying the deletion of data in cases foreseen by the law.

In cases foreseen by the law Advanteo can also share some personal data of the User to third parties for copyright protection (or others), but only if a written request is provided (or based on an agreement of cooperation with Advanteo in this area). Subject who submits such request is obliged to document the copyright (or other rights) of the content/product/service. There also has to be a suspicion of violation of these rights. Advanteo can also provide personal data on request or with the consent of the User or on request of authorities. Electronic mail send to Advanteo is archived and can be used as evidence material in some cases.

Advanteo is not responsible for privacy policies used by the owners and administrator of web sites to which links on TrainingRealm.com redirect. Advanteo encourages to become aquainted with privacy policies published on websites which gather personal data. User assumes the responsibility for the content published on websites to which links on TrainingRealm.com redirect.

Information sent to Users

Advanteo reserves the right to send electronic notifications about changes on TrainingRealm.com to all users. Advanteo can send commercial electronic mail, especially advertisement and commercial information if the User agreed to it. Advertisements and other commercial information can also be attached to e-mails coming to or going from the system account.
