I have a quick question: Does 1 day break between training days mean that if I train on Monday I have to wait 24 hrs and do next training on Tuesday?
I think that if you train on Monday the 1 day break means that you dont train on Tuesday at all. You do the next training on Wednesday.

1 day break means that you don't train push ups at all for the whole day - if you did the push ups training yesterday, you don't exercise until tomorrow.
