Breaks between training days

I have a quick question: Does 1 day break between training days mean that if I train on Monday I have to wait 24 hrs and do next training on Tuesday?

I think that if you train on Monday the 1 day break means that you dont train on Tuesday at all. You do the next training on Wednesday.

I rest for 24 hrs, so basically I train every day (one day break is 24 hrs for me).

Hello

1 day break means that you don't train push ups at all for the whole day - if you did the push ups training yesterday, you don't exercise until tomorrow.

Yep, it is definitely the way Freddy described it. It's written in the rules of 100 push ups :)
