How often do you have to ride a bike to achieve good results? Do you have to train 2-3 times a week or more? Do you have to ride as fast as you can as far as you can or are there some special trainings?

I think its a little more complicated than just riding as fast as you can. You have to choose a route and specify the amount of time that you want to ride. For the first time you just have to see for how long can you ride a bike before you run out of stamina and from that moment on try to ride longer distances with a specified speed - you have to keep the same speed to burn calories.
I THINK YOU SHOULD TREAT CYCLING AS AN AEROBIC TRAINING - YOU HAVE TO MAINTAIN A PROPER SPEED AND RIDE FOR SOME AMOUNT OF TIME IN ORDER TO SEE THE RESULTS. ANYWAY YOU CAN ALWAYS CHECK AEROBIC TRAININGS HERE: http://www.aerobictrainings.com/cycling

I train 4 times a week - I ride from one end of my city to the other. I takes me about an hour. It's a good exercise I recommend it to everyone!
