Problem after the test
Hi I've done the squat test a few days ago and did about 50 squats, but the next day and they after my legs hurt a lot. Even after 3 days when I was supposed to start the first day of the training my legs hurt too much to train. I do push ups and ride a bike and have no probs there - thaht's why I wonder what I may be doing wrong in squats. I've read how to do a proper squat but my legs hurt for at least few days after the test and I never started the training :-(
Any suggestions?
